My name is JR Prieto-Romero. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist specialized in making people stronger both physically and mentally. My training philosophy is simple. Maintain the things that are strong and strengthen the things that are weak. The goal is to be completely confident in your ability to train independently. I help people realize their potential, to become everything you are suppose to be. I am here to facilitate that transcendence.
